Common questions about bookings, points, and the studio.
How do I book an appointment?
Go to the booking page, pick a service, then a date and time, then enter your contact details. You’ll see your booking appear on your profile right away.
Can I have more than one booking at a time?
You can have one active barber booking and one active tattoo booking simultaneously. Once one of them is completed (or cancelled), you can book again in that category.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Open your profile and use the Reschedule or Cancel button on any active booking. Changes must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment time. For last-minute changes, contact us directly.
How do points work?
100 points = $1 off your next booking. You earn points when an appointment is marked completed. Bonuses: +25 for completing your profile, +75 when an admin approves your post-haircut photo, and milestone bonuses at your 1st, 5th, 10th, and 25th visit.

What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Closed Sunday.
Do I need an account to book?
No — you can book as a guest. Signing in lets you track bookings, earn points, and reschedule without re-entering your contact details. Sign in with Google or email.
How do I delete my account?
On your profile under the Profile tab, scroll to the danger zone and use Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and anonymizes your past bookings (we keep them for our own records but strip your name and contact details).
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. On your profile, use the Export My Data button in the Profile tab to download a JSON file containing your bookings, points history, and notification log.
